My order has been cancelled

If you have received notification that your order has been cancelled, it could have been due to several reasons such as product availability or your bank refusing the payment. 

If the item is still available online, you can try to place the order again.

Refunds will happen automatically if your order has been cancelled. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear on your bank statement. 

If your refund isn't showing on your bank account 5+ days after you were notified that the refund has been processed, please contact the Official US Soccer Store Support Team.
