Problems when placing an order

We accept all major credit cards. 

If you experience issues with placing your order, please ensure you've entered the following details correctly:

  • Credit/debit card number (no spaces)
  • Valid from / expiration date
  • The CVV (three numbers on the back of the card)
  • The billing address matches the address your card is registered to

If the problem persists, we suggest you try troubleshooting steps such as checking that the billing address on your order is the same as your bank details.
